Client Services Representative 
Independent Contractor 
Innoved Institute was established in 2011 to provide human cadaveric specimens, medical supplies, and field lab services necessary for the advancement of the medical community. Innoved Institute is known for the great care we take with our clients and the professionalism of our teams. 
We are a growing company based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois and are seeking Client Services Independent Contractors to support our Client Operations team during periods of increased volume, coverage needs, and special projects. 
 
The Position 
We’re looking for detail-oriented, professional Independent Contractors to support Client Services operations on an as-needed basis. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate order processing and a high-quality client experience. 
Job Type: Independent Contractor
Work Location: On-site in Elk Grove Village, IL
Schedule: Flexible, based on business needs and contractor availability (weekday coverage primarily)
Salary: $14.00 per hour 
 
Responsibilities 
  • Support day-to-day Client Services functions including order entry, updates, and coordination
  • Assist with client communications via email and phone in a professional, service-oriented manner
  • Help obtain and document shipping quotes and coordinate with specialized shippers
  • Perform data entry and order documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with incoming emails and assigned tasks to ensure timely follow-up
  • Follow established SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Adapt to changing priorities and urgent client needs in a fast-paced environment

 Requirements
 
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Comfortable reading and following written instructions and SOPs
  • Professional, self-motivated, and reliable
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology is preferred but not required
  • Prior customer service, administrative, or operations support experience preferred
