Role Overview

The Client Services Representative is Responsible for providing customer care and support to Customers, Sales Teams, and Technicians. This includes customer account administration, system troubleshooting and programming, service and preventive maintenance ticket creation, service call and preventive maintenance scheduling, and account cancellations and deactivations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Process customer information changes and insurance documents.
• Offer advanced remote technical support and troubleshooting for security systems.
• Program alarm systems and assist with app setup and system testing.
• Support field technicians with technical issues.
• Schedule, manage, and follow-up on service appointments and tickets.
• Respond to product and service inquiries, provide quotes, and manage account renewals and cancellations.
• Perform inside sales and handle billing adjustments and inquiries.
• Work with management and team members on customer satisfaction and operational improvements.
• Participate in meetings and complete special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years' previous successful experience in a customer service or customer care role, interacting with the general public, and interacting with customers via telephone and email.
• Previous experience Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to learn new software and databases used within the scope of the position.
• Positive, cooperative, and accommodating nature.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent telephone and email communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and ownership of responsibilities.

Compensation

$20-$22 per hour
