Client Services Representative - Wealth & Planning
About the Role
The Client Service Associate (CSA) is an entry-level role responsible for delivering quality client service and operational support within the wealth management team. This position serves as the foundation for a career in the BOS Wealth & Planning Division by building core knowledge of systems, processes, financial services products and client relationship standards.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new systems, solving problems, and identifying ways to improve the client experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, by phone, and via email
- Process client service requests including account maintenance, transfers, distributions, and beneficiary updates
- Develop proficiency in LPL ClientWorks platform for account servicing and reporting
- Maintain and manage client records using Redtail CRM
- Support advisors with practice management duties
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with regulatory standards
- Handle administrative duties including document preparation and workflow tracking
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and service needs, scheduling
- Work collaboratively with Advisors and licensed associates to complete operational tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Wealth & Planning team
Qualifications
- Associates degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in financial services
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to become associated, registered, licensed, and appointed through LPL Financial and applicable insurance carriers as required for the role.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is $39,000.00 - $50,000.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include performance-based incentives, bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
