As a Client Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing the provision of statements of work to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary interface for clients, gathering necessary information for proposals and pricing.
• Ensure all legal documents are in place and coordinate communications with sales, project management, and scientific staff.
• Write and review quotes, proposals, and statements of work, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Follow up with clients and sales teams to ensure proposals meet their needs.
• Participate in multi-site bid processes and attend trade shows to represent our capabilities.
• Serve as a backup for the sales team and assist with updating and maintaining reports and department files.
• Perform other related duties and participate in overtime as needed.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in science, business, or marketing-related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of business/sales processes.

Preferences:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in a contract research and/or pharmaceutical setting.
