Johnson Service Group has an immediate opportunity for aClient Services Representativefor a Commercial Printing Company in Orlanda, FL  

 Direct Hire and Onsite 100% (Location: 32824)

Client-facing Services Representative to support a fast-paced, growing team. Non-sales role where you’ll manage a portfolio of clients, coordinate projects from intake through completion, and ensure a high level of service and accuracy.

Ideal opportunity for someone early in their career with experience in a technical or client services environment who enjoys working with both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned client accounts and serve as a primary point of contact
  • Coordinate projects from intake through production and billing
  • Translate client needs into clear instructions for internal teams
  • Monitor workflows, deadlines, and SLAs; communicate updates and resolve issues
  • Maintain documentation (SOWs, specs, reports) and ensure accuracy
  • Support client onboarding, project setup, and data mapping
  • Review production reports and invoices to ensure billing accuracy
  • Partner with operations and technical teams to keep projects on track
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–2+ years of experience in client services, account management, project coordination, or similar
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
