Key Responsibilities


  • Act as the key contact point for clients, ensuring total satisfaction in a part-time role
  • Provide timely, professional, and courteous support to clients and associates
  • Educate clients on financial topics including business, investment, insurance protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning
  • Assist clients in developing customized financial plans, guiding them through budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning
  • Drive growth of account value through upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction


Role Requirements


  • 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
  • Completion and passing of a background check
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Must acquire or have a Life Producer license within the first two weeks
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting skills
  • Analytical ability to interpret account health metrics and prepare concise summaries
  • Experience in identifying expansion opportunities


Preferred Qualifications


  • Backgrounds in customer service, leadership, and management are preferred
  • Experience in education, coaching, military, or elite athletic background is valuable
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurially-minded with the desire to grow and assist others
  • Advanced negotiation techniques or technical troubleshooting skills can be advantageous
