ABOUT THE ROLEA financial services organization is seeking a Client Services Representative to support the end-to-end fulfillment and production process for private banking loan accounts. This role combines loan operations, client service, documentation, and transaction coordination while partnering with relationship managers, portfolio teams, legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple loan-related activities in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate the end-to-end processing of private banking loan accounts and related client requests.
- Ensure client information is accurately captured across loan applications, internal systems, and supporting documentation.
- Support various stages of the loan process, including application intake, document preparation, processing modifications, and money request initiation.
- Partner with relationship managers, sales teams, portfolio managers, legal counsel, compliance, borrowers, and other authorized parties to facilitate transactions.
- Provide timely and professional service throughout the loan fulfillment process.
- Review loan documentation and system information for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to applicable lending requirements.
- Work closely with operations teams to resolve issues and support client requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing operational processes and workflows.
- Participate in assigned projects and initiatives supporting the broader lending operations function.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while managing competing priorities and time-sensitive requests.
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor s degree required.
- 4+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- At least 2 years of banking operations and/or client service experience preferred.
- Understanding of the loan lifecycle, lending processes, and applicable lending requirements.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to operate independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment.
