In this role, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve client inquiries, book appointments, and maintain detailed records, all while building lasting relationships.
Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in HVAC or plumbing is a plus, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and bilingual skills.
Physical requirements include sitting, typing, and occasional lifting.
