Client Services Representative

We're looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Entry-Level Client Services Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for clients, helping provide responsive support while assisting with day-to-day account activities. No prior client services experience is required. What You'll Do

• Build positive relationships with new and existing clients
• Respond to client questions and provide friendly, professional support
• Assist with customer onboarding and help create a smooth client experience

• Maintain accurate customer records and document account interactions
