Job Title: Client Services Sales Manager

Location: Tampa, 33607 - WFH Flexible
Onsite required M, W, F and/or as-needed to collect IDs, conduct drug screenings, etc.

Schedule:  M-F, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM work hours are required
Must be able to flex after-hours for client needs

Pay:  Depending upon experience
$80,000+ on target earnings, no commission cap


Summary

Success comes from proactively building networks, identifying hard-to-find talent, helping clients solve hiring challenges, and growing client relationships through strong delivery and partnership. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where initiative, communication, business development, and the ability to create opportunities and expand accounts matter.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build credibility with clients by delivering highly qualified candidates and consultative hiring guidance
  • Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships by understanding hiring needs, workforce gaps, and business goals
  • Proactively source, engage, and recruit passive candidates through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and relationship-building
  • Market career opportunities on behalf of client organizations and communicate the value of those opportunities to candidates
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with client hiring criteria, culture, and long-term needs
  • Promote candidate talent to clients to create hiring opportunities and add value beyond active job orders
  • Provide clients with market insight, hiring trends, and talent availability information to support better hiring decisions
  • Maintain a consultative, relationship-driven approach — clients should feel helped, not sold
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment focused on creating long-term value for both clients and candidates


What does success look like?

  • Manage a high-volume workload of ~30 open roles at a time
  • Conduct a target of 20+ interviews weekly with qualified candidates
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Proactively build talent pipelines through networking and diverse sourcing strategies (not a “post and pray” approach)
  • As a boutique agency, focus on quality over quantity—delivering highly qualified candidates rather than volume
  • Help the team reach a goal of 20+ contract starts per week

 

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Sales experience
