Job Description

We are seeking a Client Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in wealth management and fiduciary trust systems support and a proven ability to troubleshoot, resolve operational issues, and deliver timely client and user support.

Responsibilities:

• Set up KeyLink and Wealth Portal access for clients.
• Set up Payweb, Stellar, and Wealth Direction access for clients and troubleshoot access issues.
• Process Advent, Data Aggregators, and Insignis MSCI setup requests.
• Verify and correct KeyLink coding to remediate error conditions; coordinate system coding corrections as needed.
• Research issues to determine isolated versus global problems and work with technology partners to resolve.
• Log and manage ServiceNow tickets for system issues.
• Process daily IBX and OBI reports and monthly Wealth Portal reports.
• Distribute weekly communications, including critical technology platform alerts.
• Manage and update SharePoint site content and structure.
• Serve as first-line support for internal Wealth users, including general maintenance and system messaging.
• Communicate with Trust Officers, Portfolio Managers, Associates, and Operations staff nationally to resolve issues and maintain relationships.
• Participate in committees, testing, upgrades, and disaster recovery exercises for KeyLink and related systems, including limited off-hours or weekend testing.
• Conduct extensive research and resolution for complex issues across Statement Preparation, KeyLink, Wealth Portal, and Wealth Direction.
• Provide backup coverage for team members and support special projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in business or technology. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Working knowledge of mobile platforms, browsers, system issues, and client navigation.
• Minimum 3 years in bank operations, trust administration, wealth management, or technology operations.
• Client-first mindset with urgency for problem resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with KeyLink (Global Office), Wealth Portal, Global Plus, IBX Tools, Salesforce, Cognos, and Wealth Direction.
