Client Services Specialist

Responsible for the daily functions of company, patient and insurance billing/re-billing operations in order to ensure maximum cash flow, compliance with regulations for insurance billing and promoting good public relations. Responsible for company/contracts and patient/insurance follow up of outstanding accounts, and assisting patients, insurance companies and third parties with account inquiries. Performs other general office duties as needed and /or assigned.
