Client Services Manager
Remote (must reside in CST or EST) Full-Time Compensation: $55,000$65,000 annually, based on experience

Were partnered with one of our top clients, a digital marketing firm, that is growing at a rapid pace. To support their continued growth, they are adding to their client services team to support internal and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
This role bridges sales, operations, and account management, guiding each campaign from the signed agreement all the way through the final performance recap.
Support the sales team by managing client communication, tracking project timelines, and collecting the assets needed to keep each campaign moving toward client goals and budget
Draft contracts and log program details accurately in our internal tracking platform
Work directly with clients to gather creative files and campaign materials before launch
Keep an eye on live campaigns, catching errors, pacing problems, or change requests early
Liaise with our targeting vendor to resolve technical issues and pull supplemental reporting data
Track campaign performance against goals and flag adjustments the sales team should consider
Build and analyze mid-campaign and wrap-up reports, then turn them into clear presentations for clients and internal teams alike
Take on ad-hoc projects and data requests as they come up
What We're Looking For
Bachelors degree with 2+ years of experience in a support role
Strong with MS Excel and quick to pick up new platforms
A natural problem-solver
Personable but sharp and clear communicator
Very organized, comfortable managing multiple projects at once
Curious and self-motivated someone who digs into the why behind a problem until they find a workable answer
