Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Operations Specialist to support cash management, ACH, and commercial card customers. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service, resolving client issues, and identifying process improvements to enhance overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer requests via phone, chat, and email across cash management, ACH, and commercial card services
- Research issues, provide solutions, and educate clients on products and services
- Diagnose and resolve technical, system, and procedural issues; escalate when needed
- Perform root cause analysis to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and prevent recurrence
- Maintain service quality standards and proactively communicate risks or challenges
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of customer service/call center experience (banking preferred)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and tools
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and time management skills
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
