What You’ll Do
- Champion Client Care – Review and refine individualized Care Plans; accompany clients to appointments; ensure high-quality, patient-centered service.
- Lead & Develop Caregivers – Recruit, onboard, coach, and upskill staff; provide ongoing training that elevates care standards.
- Drive Scheduling Excellence – Build efficient schedules for 30-40 clients, keeping overtime to a minimum.
- Collaborate & Communicate – Work closely with physicians, families, and internal teams to solve problems quickly and compassionately.
- Grow the Team – Partner with recruiters to uncover new caregiver talent pipelines and maintain a robust on-call rotation.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on caregiver or home-health experience; prior Care Coordinator/Supervisor background preferred.
- Sharp organizational and multitasking skills—you keep multiple priorities moving without missing details.
- Confident decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; you build trust with families and teammates alike.
- Genuine compassion and a drive to serve seniors and individuals with disabilities.
