    Client Services Support

    Senior Helpers of Sarasota/Bradenton

Senior Helpers is a national leader in in-home senior care, and our Sarasota/Bradenton office is looking for a Client Services Support team member to add to our growing team.

This is a great fit for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, comfortable building relationships with referral sources, checking in with clients and families, and staying connected with caregivers, all while keeping the details running smoothly behind the scenes.

    What You'll Do

    • Maintain and audit client files to ensure accuracy and ongoing compliance with state licensing requirements
    • Respond promptly to client, family, and prospect inquiries and log new leads in WellSky
    • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including satisfaction follow-ups and coordinating appointment-related scheduling
    • Communicate regularly with caregivers on care plan updates, report requirements, and client introductions
    • Support scheduling coordination — retrieving appointment information and logging in Wellsky, communicating client needs with new caregivers
    • Maintain accurate client records in WellSky, including bill rates
    • Uphold company customer service standards across all client and family interactions
    • As needed, support higher-level client services functions such as assessments (including LifeProfile), care plan development, and on-site caregiver training or introductions
    • Participate in the after hours on-call rotation
    • Other duties as assigned

    What We're Looking For

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with documentation and file accuracy
    • Comfortable on a laptop and tech-savvy; proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • WellSky experience preferred but not required — training provided
    • Friendly, approachable, and professional — equally comfortable on the phone, in the office, or visiting a client's home
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Reliable transportation
    • Prior experience in a healthcare or home care setting is a plus but not required
    • Willing and able to participate in the after hours on-call rotation

    What We Offer

    • Salary range: $45,000–$50,000/year (based on experience)
    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (salaried position)
    • 2 weeks (10 days) of PTO in your first year, with increases based on tenure
    • Paid holidays
    • Negotiable health insurance stipend in lieu of employer-sponsored plan
    • Supportive, close-knit office environment
    • Room to grow — strong performers have a path to advance within the client services team
