Client Setup Representative

Pay $20-$25 per hour

 APS Medical Billing, located in Toledo, Ohio, is seeking a Client Setup Representative to join our billing team. Beginning service in 1960, APS has grown into one of the premier billing companies, currently billing for over 250 total client locations throughout the United States.

Responsibilities:

 The selected candidate will seamlessly transition a new client from their existing agency to the APS system. In addition, be able to communicate with physicians, clients, hospital representatives, IT staff, and carriers to obtain all needed information.  As well as interpret client documents to meet the APS system requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical billing setting
• Proven ability to multi-task and handle heavy workloads
• Detailed oriented
• Maintain a strict level of confidentiality
• Must be proficient with Word and Excel
