Role overview

As a Client-Site Workforce Program Specialist, you’ll be the on-location bridge between our employees, the staffing agency, and the client. You’ll keep people informed on policies and procedures, maintain personnel files and evaluations, and help ensure every employment action aligns with regulatory requirements. Operating with minimal supervision and light oversight of subordinate team members, you partner closely with the client to deliver outstanding service and policy compliance.

A day on shift

  • 3:30 PM shift start: Review headcount against production needs, place new orders, reassign workers, and, when needed, end assignments to balance the labor pool.
  • Early evening: Lead new-hire orientations and training for temporary associates. Administer on-site skills and equipment-operator tests for current and prospective employees to ensure readiness and safety.
  • Throughout the shift: Keep personnel records up to date (training attendance, corrective actions, notes in agency systems) and oversee evaluations. Complete the required “Daily Reconcile” for the building and flag any discrepancies to the agency for correction.
  • Safety partnership: Collaborate with the safety team to enhance protections for temporary workers; promptly complete injury reports and notify the client and agency of work-related incidents.
  • Employee relations: Investigate complaints, prepare reports for the agency, and recommend corrective or disciplinary actions. Motivate and encourage associates to drive retention and maintain a positive, policy-aligned environment. Follow the established chain of command at all times.
  • Payroll & compliance: Gather time and payroll reports, submit them to the client for approval, and monitor weekly payroll for compliance (including items such as meal penalties).
  • Client service & productivity: Respond quickly to inquiries, assist with service and operational needs, meet with client supervisors to resolve grievances, improve performance, forecast staffing, and plan activities that raise productivity across production areas.
  • Leadership & flexibility: Work independently with nominal oversight of subordinate personnel, maintain a constructive attitude, and jump in on unplanned tasks as business needs evolve.

Schedule & pay

  • Schedule: 3:30PM -12:30AM Monday through Friday, with OT and weekends as needed.
  • Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 DOE
