Client Solutions Coordinator 

Must be in Southern NV and have reasonable commute to Las Vegas, NV due to in-office requirements. 

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Tuesday-Saturday, 1:00pm – 10:00pm PST

COMPENSATION: The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

PCI is seeking a Client Solutions Coordinator who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. In this role, you'll resolve escalated issues, support daily client service operations, assist team members, and help ensure efficient workflows.

This is an exciting opportunity to expand your leadership and problem-solving skills while contributing to the success of both our clients and internal teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Troubleshoots and resolves escalated application and contracting issues and questions.
• Assists employees with department processes, procedures, and technical needs.
• Provides overall daily support and presence for department team members.
• Monitors outbound queues while adjusting and delegating queues as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a lead type of role. 
• Previous experience with escalated levels of responsibility in prior position.
• Strong communication skills with a high level of client support.

Nice to have but not Required! 

• Minimum of 1-year relevant working experience.
• Previous experience in a call center environment.
• Previous Customer Service experience.
