Job Requirements

The Client Solutions Manager is a full-time leadership role responsible for developing and executing market-specific strategies that support the organizations long-term objectives and drive sustainable growth across assigned regions. This position collaborates closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to identify trends, address client challenges, and deliver tailored, innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include leading the creation of strategic proposals that integrate multiple service lines, facilitating discovery sessions with clients and internal experts, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and regional priorities. The role also involves fostering strong stakeholder relationships, providing regular progress updates, and leveraging market intelligence to recommend new strategies and service enhancements that enhance the organizations competitive position. Additional duties are performed as assigned.


Work Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, and/or other industry-related field experience required. MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of industry-related experience.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Andover Controls Infinity and Continuum product lines or other building automation software preferred. 
  • Expert knowledge of CAD software and MS Office suite, Oracle, IIS, MS-SQL preferred.
