We are seeking a Client Solutions Representative to help prospective and current clients understand their options and find solutions that fit their needs. This position combines relationship building, customer support, and sales.
Responsibilities
Speak with clients to understand their needs and goals
Explain available products, services, and solutions
Recommend options based on each client’s situation
Follow up with clients throughout the decision-making process
Build positive, long-term client relationships
Assist with questions and resolve basic client concerns
Identify opportunities for additional products or services
Maintain organized client records
Work closely with other departments to support customers
Qualifications
Strong communication and listening skills
Comfortable speaking with customers and prospects
Professional, friendly, and solution-focused
Good organizational and time-management skills
Sales or customer service experience is helpful
Ability to learn products and processes quickly
Compensation
Annual salary of $75,000–$95,000, based on experience and qualifications.
