Role Overview: Client Solutions Specialist

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Solutions Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. You'll handle a portfolio of client accounts, promoting customer service, contract fulfillment, and relationship-focused sales. As the main point of contact for your clients, you'll ensure satisfaction and seek opportunities that promote financial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring consistent satisfaction
• Deliver excellent, prompt, and professional support to clients and colleagues
• Provide financial insights and education on investments and retirement planning
• Create tailored financial plans including budget, debt, and investment strategies for clients
• Discover, develop, and secure upsell and cross-sell opportunities to elevate client portfolios
• Enjoy a sales role with no cold calling or door knocking

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
• Successful completion of a background check
• Strong communication skills
• Obtain Life Producer license within the first 2 weeks
• Ability to assess account health metrics and identify growth opportunities

Preferred Qualifications
