Remote opportunities available nationwide. Employees within a 40-mile radius of our Boca Raton HQ enjoy in-person collaboration and enhanced compensation. Hybrid work model: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in-office.

The Role

The Client Specialist, Intake is the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position is responsible for scheduling appointments, answering inbound calls, completing intake verification, and ensuring potential claimants meet the firm's qualification criteria. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently for prospective clients.
• Answer inbound calls professionally and resolve claimant questions and inquiries.
• Conduct outbound calls to complete intake verification and determine whether claimants meet the firm's established qualification criteria.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
• Monitor and respond to SMS messages and email correspondence in a timely manner.
• Accurately document claimant information and maintain detailed records within company systems.
• Navigate multiple software applications, screens, and browser tabs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
• Stay current with company procedures and quickly learn new technology and software platforms.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet daily performance goals and service standards.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $20/h to $23/h
