Job Title: Client Success/Account Manager
Remote Role
Contract to Hire & Full-Time Direct Hire (Both Options Available)


Note: Own a portfolio of existing clients grow revenue, manage relationships, and make sure they never want to leave

About The Role-
We are looking for a results-driven Client Success / Account Manager to manage existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities The role requires strong relationship management, account growth ownership, and stakeholder engagement across senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Gain deep understanding of the organization s service offerings
Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
Ensure regular communication to understand client needs and expectations
Manage and resolve escalations effectively
Engage with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers
Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Participate in client meetings, events, and roadshows as required

Required Experience & Skills
7+ years of experience in Account Management / Client Success
Experience working with IT Services Company/IT Solutions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to grow and retain client accounts
Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
