Role Overview (What You'll Do)
As our Client Success & Operations Coordinator, you'll serve as a critical operational hub inside Contractor Freedom.
You'll help ensure our coaching clients receive exceptional support, our events run smoothly, our systems stay organized, and our team remains aligned and accountable.
This role combines client success, event coordination, administrative support, project management, and operational follow-through into one highly impactful position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support coaching clients through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate event logistics, registrations, hotels, and attendee communication.
- Manage and organize operational workflows inside Asana and GoHighLevel.
- Follow up on failed payments and client account issues.
- Maintain event pages and ensure information remains accurate and current.
- Coordinate sponsor fulfillment and event deliverables.
- Upload and organize training content within the Contractor Freedom community.
- Support leadership through project coordination and operational follow-through.
- Help maintain accountability across projects, tasks, and deadlines.
- Assist with administrative, marketing, and outreach support projects as needed.
