About the Role The Client Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy, ensuring every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. Associates understand client business priorities, surface challenges, and identify effective ways to support the client in making decisions. They articulate Gartner value to prospective clients, onboard them, prove the concept of services, and stimulate engagement. New Client Engagement (NCE) is a fast‑paced unit focused on client and prospect service, with functions in Client Onboarding and Insights Platform Walkthrough. The role applies strategic thinking and relationship building to help executives solve pressing challenges and contribute to Gartner's growth.Responsibilities Lead prospect and/or client calls to understand priorities and challenges and articulate Gartner's product value.Collaborate with Sales to effectively demonstrate products and resources to prospects or clients, increasing likelihood of engagement and purchase, and communicate with internal partners to overcome obstacles.Research prospective and existing companies, C‑Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare tailored Gartner resources.Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred.6+ months relevant professional or internship experience with a proven track record of success and a passion for client success.Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills; ability to be agile and flexible.Well‑defined time‑management and organizational skills.Benefits Competitive salary, generous paid time off, charity match program, Medical, Dental & Vision plans, Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) matching.Collaborative, team‑oriented culture that embraces diversity.Professional development and unlimited growth opportunities.World‑class training through the Academy and ongoing training from the L&D team.Compensation Base salary ranges from $53,000 to $77,000 USD.
