About the Role

As the Client Success & Business Operations Coordinator, you will often be the first voice people hear and the first face they see when interacting with Deliberate Directions.
 

You are more than an administrator.  You are a relationship builder, culture ambassador, problem solver, and operational backbone of the organization.
 

You help ensure that every client, coaching participant, workshop attendee, and prospective client experiences the professionalism, care, and excellence that define our brand.
 

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Relationship Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, inquiries, and visitors.
  • Create a welcoming and professional experience for clients and guests.
  • Support business coaching and executive coaching engagements through scheduling, communication, and follow-through.
  • Maintain strong relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
  • Assist with client onboarding and ongoing engagement.

Business Operations & Administration

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
  • Maintain CRM systems and client records.
  • Coordinate contracts, agreements, and administrative documentation.
  • Support office operations and organization.
  • Assist with project coordination and execution.
  • Ensure details are handled accurately and efficiently.

Marketing & Growth Support

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and lead magnet distribution.
  • Support content scheduling and social media coordination.
  • Help manage website inquiries and lead follow-up processes.
  • Support workshop, event, and program promotion.
  • Assist in gathering testimonials, success stories, and client feedback.

Events & Program Coordination

  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, leadership events, and coaching programs.
  • Manage participant communications and registrations.
  • Ensure a seamless experience before, during, and after events.

Position Details

Type: Part-Time (25–30 hours per week) *
