Position Overview

AO Globe Life is hiring a Client Success Consultant to provide education and support to individuals and families reviewing insurance protection options. You will meet with clients virtually, identify their priorities, and explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance coverage in a clear and professional manner.

This position offers a remote work environment, warm leads, structured training, and the opportunity to build a performance-based career.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through provided warm leads

• Schedule virtual client appointments

• Conduct needs-based coverage discussions

• Educate clients about insurance products and available benefits

• Answer questions and provide professional guidance

• Follow up with clients to maintain a positive experience

• Maintain accurate records and client documentation

• Attend training, coaching, and team meetings

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
