Client Success Coordinator

Client Success Coordinator Job Description:

Arrow Studio Rentals is hiring for a full-time Client Success Coordinator. We are a production rental agency, located in North Hollywood. We provide quality supplies, vehicles and stages for filming needs. We offer competitive pay and a high energy, team focused environment. The Coordinator works closely with both the VP of Sales and the rental equipment warehouse to ensure a seamless process throughout the client experience from beginning to end.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, organizational & customer service skills

·       Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills

• Proven time management and problem-solving skills
• Project management mindset: preparation, planning & execution
• Understand a sense of urgency while remaining calm under pressure
• Ability to work both independently and as a team
• Strong knowledge of Office 365, QuickBooks and CRM systems

·       Minimum 1-year customer service or sales experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Take client through order process from beginning to end & follow up for future orders.
• Complete varied administrative tasks to support all departments

·       Follow defined service and sales processes

• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment
• Communicate professionally following appropriate phone and email etiquette

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not supervise other employees.

Work Environment

This job operates in an office/warehouse environment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM but are subject to change and may rotate.

Additional Qualifications Include:

·       Must be 18 years of age

·       Must be able to speak and read English

·       Be authorized to work in the United States
