The Role (Your Day-to-Day)
You’ll own the client experience from onboarding to offboarding.
That means supporting clients, solving problems, managing access, keeping records clean, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll also handle harder conversations—refunds, disputes, cancellations, and escalations—with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.
When you do this well, clients feel supported, the team stays aligned, and the business runs cleaner.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead the full client journey: onboarding, support, renewals, and offboarding
- Own monthly client check-ins and proactive outreach
- Respond to client questions quickly, clearly, and professionally
- Ensure clients have the right access to programs, calls, recordings, and resources
- Maintain clean internal records, trackers, notes, attendance, and renewal status
- Handle cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, and escalations according to company policy

Compensation + Perks
Pay: $700–$900 per week
