Job Title: Client Success Executive (Staffing) – Part time
Location: Alexandria, VA (Onsite with local client travel)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client hiring needs and job requirements
  • Partner closely with recruiters to successfully fill open positions
  • Review candidate profiles before client submission
  • Match qualified candidates to suitable job opportunities
  • Track candidate submissions, interviews, and placements
  • Deliver high levels of client satisfaction through prompt communication
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
  • Support onboarding, assignment extensions, and general coordination
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client and candidate concerns

Requirements
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or support roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Interest in staffing, recruitment, or human resources
  • Willingness to work onsite and travel locally as needed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
