This role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for both Kitchen & Bath (KB) companies and drafting professionals across the ODT marketplace. You'll oversee active projects, support subscriber success, maintain quality standards, and help drive long-term platform growth and retention.

We operate within EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and are focused on creating the most trusted and reliable drafting marketplace in the Kitchen & Bath industry.

What You'll Do
Client & Drafter Success
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for KB companies and drafters
- Build strong relationships and ensure a professional, seamless experience
- Support communication between clients and drafters throughout active projects
- Resolve issues quickly and proactively before they impact project outcomes
Project Oversight
- Monitor active drafting projects to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Track turnaround times and project progress
- Help maintain efficient workflows and marketplace operations
- Escalate and solve project delays, quality concerns, or communication gaps
Drafter Recruitment & Onboarding
- Recruit and onboard North American-based drafting professionals
- Assist with profile setup, portfolio reviews, and standards training
- Monitor drafter engagement, workload, and performance
- Maintain high quality expectations across the network
Client Retention & Growth
- Support KB companies during onboarding and first project setup
- Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback and improve retention
- Drive repeat usage through excellent service and reliable support
- Maintain accurate records and pipelines in HubSpot CRM
Quality & Operations
- Review drafting deliverables and monitor revision trends
- Support ongoing improvements to platform processes and standards
- Prepare weekly KPI and marketplace performance updates for leadership
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer success, project coordination, operations, or account management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital file management
Preferred Experience
- Kitchen & Bath, cabinetry, interior design, construction, or design-build industry experience
- Experience working with designers, drafters, or vendors
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
- Experience supporting subscription-based clients or marketplaces
