Client Success Manager

Niche: Painting Business owners / OTE USD 7k-15k month

100% Remote 

Your Specific Responsibilities:

- Respond to clients as soon as possible

- Manage multiple clients and work with our marketing team to help provide amazing results.

-Communicate effectively with Clients via Zoom

-Coach people to help them become the best versions of themselves.

-Generate new referrals from clients

-Understand Marketing Strategies

-Upsell clients when possible 

Requirements:

-Excellent English.

-Proven experience of at least 1yrs as CSM in the SMMA space

-Outgoing personality

-Excellent Wifi, computer and Camera.

-Working knowledge of HighLevel CRM, Monday.com , marketing systems and proficient with calendar, excel worksheets a plus

-Experience in home remodeling, painting business owners or similar is a plus.

* Full-Time Availability Work time: 10 Am-6 Pm EST
