Client Success Manager
Client Success Manager
About Olomana Loomis ISC
We're a full-service consulting, marketing, and communications firm that works across business, government, nonprofits, and campaigns - and we move fast. Our clients come to us when they're ready to level up, and we bring the strategy, creativity, and execution to make it happen. If you're someone who thrives at the intersection of big-picture thinking and getting things done, you'll fit right in.
The Role
We're looking for a Client Success Manager who genuinely loves building relationships and seeing projects through from idea to impact. You'll be the connective tissue between our clients and our internal teams — making sure nothing falls through the cracks and that every engagement delivers real, measurable value. You'll report directly to our President and CMO and work alongside our digital, marketing, communications, and creative teams every day.
What You'll Do
Own the client relationship
- Be the go-to person for your clients - keeping them informed, aligned, and confident throughout every engagement
- Build trust through consistent communication, honest updates, and a track record of results
- Stay ahead of issues before they become problems, and handle them with clarity and professionalism when they arise
Drive strategic outcomes
- Turn client goals into clear briefs and actionable success plans
- Track campaign performance, read the data, and make recommendations that move the needle
- Connect the dots between what clients need and what our teams can deliver
Keep projects moving
- Manage timelines, budgets, and milestones in close collaboration with account directors
- Coordinate across creative, digital, and production teams to keep work flowing
- Handle vendor relationships where needed, balancing quality with cost efficiency
What We're Looking For
You're organized without being rigid, strategic without losing sight of the details, and calm under pressure. You communicate clearly - with clients and colleagues alike — and you take real ownership of your accounts. Experience in an agency or client-services environment is a plus, but what matters most is how you work: with initiative, integrity, and a drive to deliver.
Why Olomana
We're a team that challenges each other and supports each other in equal measure. We're guided by three principles - Excellence, Effectiveness, and Efficiency - and we apply them to everything we do, including how we take care of our people. We're also part of something bigger: as members of the ICOM Network, a global alliance of independent agencies, we bring world-class resources and international perspective to every client we serve. We hold a board position within ICOM and oversee the Asia-Pacific region - meaning the work you do here has reach far beyond our home market. This is a place where you can grow your skills, build meaningful client relationships, and do work that actually matters.
