Position Overview

As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of customers, guiding them from post-sale onboarding through long-term account management. You’ll focus on retention, customer satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue growth while partnering internally to create exceptional customer experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management
  • Lead customer onboarding and ensure a seamless post-sales transition
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Build trusted relationships that strengthen customer loyalty and retention
  • Proactively address customer questions, concerns, and service needs
  • Identify at-risk accounts and implement renewal retention strategies
Revenue Growth & Strategic Account Support
  • Maintain and grow revenue within your customer portfolio
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional products, services, or solutions
  • Recommend training and adoption strategies to increase product utilization
  • Support customer success through solution-based recommendations
Collaboration & Customer Advocacy
  • Partner with sales, marketing, product management, and internal support teams
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to support product improvements
  • Manage customer credits, refunds, and cancellations efficiently
  • Ensure alignment between customer goals and internal business strategies
What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Sales, or Customer Retention
  • Strong customer-first mindset with exceptional communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in data, information services, or business intelligence industries
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GONG, Microsoft Teams, and MS Office
  • Strong analytical thinking and account strategy capabilities

Work Schedule & Location
  • Hybrid role based in Dallas/Irving, TX
  • Must be local and able to work onsite 1 day per week
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
  • 1-year contract with potential extension or conversion
