Client Success Manager

Oxford Solutions is working with a healthcare technology client seeking a Client Success Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This is a work from home position for candidates located in Pennsylvania or West Virginia, with significant travel to client locations as well as company offices in West Virginia and on the West Coast.

This role will serve as the primary operational point of contact for existing healthcare clinic partners. The Client Success Manager will take ownership of the post-sale relationship, supporting onboarding, ongoing operations, project coordination, client satisfaction, and account retention.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing client accounts
• Lead client onboarding and implementation activities
• Serve as the primary contact for operational needs, questions, and escalations
• Coordinate projects, timelines, deliverables, and internal resources
• Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders and ensure expectations are met
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and increase value within existing accounts
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and support successful client operations
• Conduct regular onsite visits to clinic partners and company locations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in client success, account management, client services, or a similar customer-facing role
• Background supporting B2B technology, SaaS, professional services, or another high-touch client environment
• Strong project management, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple client priorities while maintaining a high level of responsiveness
• Comfortable interacting with client leadership and operational stakeholders
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to client sites and company offices
• Must reside in Pennsylvania or West Virginia
• Healthcare or healthcare technology experience is a plus, but not required
