We’re hiring a Client Success Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients inside a fast-scaling company.
We partner with roofing companies and help them scale — this role is directly tied to client performance and retention.
I’ll be blunt — this is not a chill role.
If you’re the type that needs hand-holding, this won’t work.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Onboarding new clients (fast — speed matters)
Daily client check-ins + follow-ups
Driving retention + upsells
Managing 35–40 clients at full capacity
What success looks like in 90 days:
Clients launched in <5 days
<5% churn rate
Clients actually getting results (not just “managed”)
Requirements (non-negotiable):
Strong sales background (you understand revenue, not just “support”)
Extreme ownership — no excuses, ever
You move fast and figure things out without being told twice
Comp:
$7/hour + 2% of revenue managed
OTE: $6–7k/month once ramped
Paid weekly
Schedule:
9am–5pm EST
Monday–Saturday
