We’re hiring a Client Success Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients inside a fast-scaling company.

We partner with roofing companies and help them scale — this role is directly tied to client performance and retention.

I’ll be blunt — this is not a chill role.

If you’re the type that needs hand-holding, this won’t work.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new clients (fast — speed matters)

  • Daily client check-ins + follow-ups

  • Driving retention + upsells

  • Managing 35–40 clients at full capacity

What success looks like in 90 days:

  • Clients launched in <5 days

  • <5% churn rate

  • Clients actually getting results (not just “managed”)

Requirements (non-negotiable):

  • Strong sales background (you understand revenue, not just “support”)

  • Extreme ownership — no excuses, ever

  • You move fast and figure things out without being told twice

Comp:

  • $7/hour + 2% of revenue managed

  • OTE: $6–7k/month once ramped

  • Paid weekly

Schedule:

  • 9am–5pm EST

  • Monday–Saturday
