Client Success Manager
The Client Success Manager is responsible for directly managing a small portfolio of clients (5), serving as the strategic brand liaison between the client and internal sales teams. In this role, they ensure client satisfaction, drive brand success, and cultivate long-term trusted relationships.
In addition to owning direct client relationships, the Client Success Manager also supports a Senior Client Service Manager with an extended portfolio of clients (7). Acting as a collaborative partner, they assist in execution, communication, and strategic planning to ensure seamless client service delivery across all accounts.
