The Position:
We are looking for an experienced, client facing technical project manager to join our growing team! If facilitating exceptional project delivery and cultivating strong, advantageous client relationships is your thing, we want to talk to you. The success of our clients is paramount making this role vitally important as our customers’ journey largely begins with the Client Success Manager. Your support and oversight of the onboarding effort will help to instill confidence in the client and set the tone for the future of their relationship with AbacusNext.
The Client Success Manager owns the client journey for their assigned clients and work closely with the Sales and Implementation teams to ensure that clients can realize value throughout their entire AbacusNext onboarding experience. This position works in concert with the Vice President of Client Operations to build, strengthen and maintain all client relationships. You will be a key contributor to the success of the client journey.
