Short Description:

We're seeking an Client Success Manager to oversee client relationships, drive goal achievement, and ensure the successful delivery of digital marketing solutions. As the main point of contact for assigned accounts, you will collaborate with internal teams, manage client communication, and identify opportunities for growth — all while maintaining a focus on excellent service.

Compensation: Competitive salary in USD

Responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts across multiple platforms (Slack, WhatsApp, SMS, Zoom)

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, assist with contract negotiations, and maximize client profitability

  • Prepare account status reports and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders

Client Communication

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally

  • Communicate progress on initiatives (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure alignment with client goals

  • Handle challenging client requests or escalations as needed

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with sales, paid ads, and content teams to align strategies with client objectives

  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables using management software (e.g., Teamwork)

  • Schedule and lead client status meetings and internal discussions

  • Resolve project issues promptly to maintain quality and meet deadlines

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor key metrics — leads, sales, and performance indicators — to ensure goals are met

  • Identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies based on data-driven results

Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment

  • Participate in agency initiatives including video content creation and strategy development


Qualifications (Must Haves):

  • 3+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or related role

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or SEO campaigns

  • Proficiency with CRMs and productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot, GHL, MS Office, Google Docs)

  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology

  • Experience managing web design projects

  • Proven ability to identify and drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities
