Your Role and Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face clients seek for satisfaction, acting as their trusted contact in a part-time capacity
• Engage with clients in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, enhancing their experience
• Share your enthusiasm for financial knowledge, covering business, investment, insurance, retirement, savings, and estate planning
• Assist clients by crafting and managing personalized financial plans, supporting them in achieving budgeting, debt reduction, investment, and retirement goals
• Boost account value through strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring high client satisfaction
• No Cold Calling, No Door Knocking

Who We're Looking For

• U.S. citizens aged 18 or older
• Individuals ready to pass a background check
• Those with exceptional communication skills who can nurture great client relationships
• Quick learners who can obtain their Life Producer license within the first two weeks
• Individuals skilled in interpreting account health metrics and preparing insightful summaries

Your Unique Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, leadership, or management is highly valued
• Backgrounds in education, coaching, military, or elite sports are highly suitable
• An entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a genuine desire to assist others
• Possession of advanced negotiation techniques or technical troubleshooting skills is a plus
