We’re looking for a Client Success Specialist who enjoys helping clients succeed, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and a strong communicator who enjoys building long-term client relationships.

The Role

As a Client Success Specialist, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, guiding onboarding, managing ongoing communication, and ensuring a high-quality client experience.

You’ll work closely with internal teams (web, SEO, and marketing) to make sure client needs are clearly communicated and projects move forward smoothly.

Your goal is simple: Ensure every client feels supported, informed, and confident

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client questions and support
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement website or marketing updates
• Communicate updates and progress to clients clearly and professionally
• Help resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and requests
• Build strong relationships that lead to long-term client satisfaction
• Monitor client performance metrics and ensure follow-ups are completed

Requirements

• U.S.-based preferred; open to remote candidates from other countries who are fluent in Spanish
• Previous experience in customer service, client success, or account support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours
• Experience working in a marketing agency or service-based business is a strong plus

• Remote role
• U.S. candidates must be based in Florida

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Based on experience
• Pay Schedule: Paid twice monthly (1st & 15th)
