Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Experience & Retention
-Handle inbound service requests (billing, coverage questions, changes, claims support)
-Proactively review accounts for coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities
-Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience
Account Management
-Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately
-Follow up on pending items and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
-Maintain clean and accurate documentation in the agency management system
Growth Support
-Identify opportunities to round out accounts (bundle policies)
-Support producers with follow-ups, remarketing, and client touchpoints
-Contribute to agency retention and revenue goals
Team Contribution
-Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
-Participate in team meetings, training, and accountability rhythms
-Help maintain a positive, team-first culture
Must-Haves
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license (or willingness to obtain)
