The Opportunity
We are looking for a part-time Client Success Specialist to build strong, lasting relationships with our clients and guide them on their financial journey. This role blends client success, financial education, and relationship-based sales, all in a flexible, fully remote environment.
You will be the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them understand their options, make confident decisions, and stay engaged with our programs. For those who excel, there is potential for the role to grow into a full-time position with expanded responsibilities and leadership opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, building trust and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and progress.
- Conduct engaging calls and virtual meetings with clients and team members, communicating with professionalism and warmth.
- Guide clients through core financial concepts such as investments, insurance, savings, and protection strategies using our tools and training.
- Develop personalized financial plans that support client goals in budgeting, debt management, and retirement planning.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely enhance client outcomes and deepen their engagement with our services.
What Success Looks Like
- Within the first 36 months, you have built strong relationships with your client portfolio, with high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Clients consistently complete recommended steps in their financial plans and report feeling more confident about their financial decisions.
- You effectively use CRM tools to track activities, monitor account health metrics, and provide clear, timely summaries to leadership.
- You regularly uncover and close appropriate upsell and cross-sell opportunities that add value for clients and contribute to revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
- U.S. citizen, 18 years or older, able to successfully pass a background check.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts in clear, simple language.
- Comfort with CRM systems (such as Salesforce), including tracking interactions and producing accurate reports.
- Motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping others, and the ability to identify growth opportunities within client accounts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation is performance based ranging from $30k-50k/yr for part-time and increasing to $100k+ for full-time associates.
