This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with 100% commission-based pay and uncapped income potential. Learn how to onboard new clients and ensure a positive experience from day one
Provide excellent support and help clients with product or service questions
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Identify client needs and coordinate internally to deliver the right solutions
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using company systems
Participate in ongoing training and development with the client success team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized with strong time management and follow-through skills
Comfortable using technology for remote communication
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
Customer service or office experience is helpful but not required
