About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Client Success Trainees. This remote, 1099 independent contractor position offers performance-based pay with unlimited earning potential. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools you need to help clients succeed—no previous sales or insurance experience required.
What You’ll Do
Work with warm leads who have requested information about our services
Conduct virtual or phone consultations to learn about client needs
Recommend tailored solutions and explain their benefits
Guide clients through the application process
Maintain client records and track progress in our CRM
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
