We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Client Success Trainee to join our remote team. In this entry-level position, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to help clients secure the right coverage and maintain long-term satisfaction.
This role is perfect for individuals new to insurance or sales who are passionate about helping others and eager to grow their career. As a 100% commission-based position, your earning potential is entirely based on your effort and results.
Learn and master the fundamentals of client service, product knowledge, and consultative sales
Contact potential clients and assist them in identifying their insurance needs
Support clients through the application process and policy activation
Follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and coverage alignment
Build strong, trust-based relationships that lead to long-term retention
Maintain detailed records of client communications in CRM systems
Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance skills and performance
