Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding our products and services

- Assist with order processing, including order entry, shipping, and tracking

- Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues or concerns

- Maintain customer records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information

- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction

- Provide product recommendations and educate clients on the benefits of our products

- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms

- Assist with the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a health and wellness industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software

- Passion for health and wellness and a desire to help others achieve their goals

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed

- Must have a quiet and professional work environment for remote work
