What you’ll do
Be the front line: Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email; provide information and friendly guidance.
Turn needs into action: Evaluate issues, schedule appropriate services, and escalate complex items to management.
Keep records tight: Accurately document interactions, updates, and resolutions in our CRM/customer management system.
Orchestrate the day: Dispatch vehicles and coordinate personnel by weighing location, urgency, and availability, then route teams to customer sites.
Know the products: Develop working knowledge of our door systems and services to answer questions confidently.
Schedule & location
Onsite at our service center (not a remote position).
Regular shifts available within business hours of 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday.
Growth & rewards
Hourly pay based on experience: $22.00 – $29.00

What we’re looking for
High school diploma or equivalent; AA/BA preferred.
1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Sharp problem-solving and decision-making.
Accuracy in data entry; strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Patience, empathy, and a service-first mindset.
Team player who maintains professionalism in high-stress situations.
Physical & workplace expectations
Office-based role using standard office equipment and keyboards.
Ability to walk short distances and sit for prolonged periods.
