Client Support – Associate

US Foods is seeking a local, onsite Client Support Associate to provide Tier 1–Tier 2 IT support for internal employees at our Greensburg facility. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting end users throughout the office and warehouse environment.
Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday, Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
What You'll Do
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for internal employees.
Troubleshoot and support laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, warehouse Android devices, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and related software.
Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and component replacements.
Support imaging, deployment, and setup of new user equipment.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
Log, track, and document support tickets and resolutions.
Troubleshoot basic networking issues including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Utilize remote support tools to assist users when needed.
Support printer maintenance within the warehouse environment.
Work directly with employees to resolve technical issues and provide excellent customer service.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when necessary.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of IT support, desktop support, or help desk experience.
Experience supporting Windows operating systems.
Experience with imaging and deployment tools.
Strong troubleshooting experience with desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
Knowledge of BIOS/UEFI, hardware drivers, and firmware updates.
Experience replacing hardware components and managing equipment inventory.
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Experience using remote support tools such as RDP, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
Strong Microsoft Office support experience.
Excellent ticket documentation and incident tracking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
A+ Certification.
Microsoft Certifications.
Experience supporting ERP applications.
Experience working in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
Experience with Android device support.

Education
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
